Lida hosts Marathon of Unity

By hosting the Marathon of Unity, we seek to highlight the bonds and values that keep our society together and helped us build a truly independent state, Chairman of the Lida District Executive Committee Aleksandr Versotsky told the media, BelTA has learned.

"Like all other cities of Belarus, Lida welcomes the Marathon of Unity with open arms. We are very grateful that our city was chosen as one of the venues for the marathon in Grodno Oblast. There are a lot of cities worthy of it. We are thankful to the organizers who made this decision," Aleksandr Versotsky said.
